Daniel from animation team was very helpful with knowing what is going on around the resort. Many other helpful staff too! Food is great… and many options for those with dietary restrictions. Rooms are somewhat dated depending on where you are staying, but no major issues.
We are very pleased with the hotel. It has met all our expectations - quality, service, facilities and location. Special thanks to Angel from the Club team - he was very helpful during our arrival and every day since then he has made a point of engaging in a conversation and enquiring about our day. The staff at the excursion desk are also very helpful and informed about the trips on offer.
Cannot fault the staff & service at Iberostar coral level. They have been fantastic & attentive. The activities during the day are fun & inclusive. The entertainment at night is incredible & the food we cannot fault.Jesus & Ruben were great during the day and Saby was incredible, what a woman! Aranza at night was lovely as well. Would recommend the resort to anyone!
Our first trip to Mexico was made even better by the staff and vibe of this resort!!! Specialist shoutout to Keyla from the entertainment team that made our stay even better. Activities were super fun and I would 100% come back! We checked out their new 80s show and it was great! Super entertaining
Amazing all inclusive. All the staff are amazing, but I want to give a special shout out to our amazing entertainment team. Keyla, is so much fun and made every moment fun! Ruben, Edgar, Jesus, hector are also so much fun. I would highly recommend this location! The 80’s night show was also so good! Amazing singers and dancers!!
Had an amazing stay at this resort! Everything from the food to the service was top tier. The staff were super friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. The activities were a huge highlight tons to do during the day like beach games, pool events, and excursions, plus great entertainment at night. The resort had a really fun vibe but was still relaxing when you wanted it to be. Drinks were great, the beach was beautiful, and the overall experience felt very well organized. Definitely one of the best all-inclusive trips I’ve had. Would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, memorable getaway.
Wonderful resort. Beach is beautiful and very wavy. Nice rooms and good food variety. Love the activities schedule - lots to do! Daniel was great at running tournaments and stepped in to play when we didnt have enough players. He learned our names and made our time here more fun!
The resort was awesome… Peter was awesome and made our stay great! Peter also made us feel very at home! If the resort had more R&B music from America it would great! I definitely would recommend this resort! Great food and people work here!
